Troubleshooting
I can't see my network in the list
- Tap the refresh icon
to scan for Wi-Fi networks again.
- Ensure the router is powered on and broadcasting. Check if other devices are connected.
- Make sure the SSID is not hidden. If the network name is not visible to other devices (e.g. your phone) then you may need to enable SSID broadcasting in your router settings.
- Ensure the roaster is in range of the signal. The Wi-Fi symbol on the touchscreen indicates the strength of Wi-Fi signal the machine is receiving.
indicates a strong signal;
or
indicate that the Wi-Fi signal is too weak for proper functionality. Try moving closer to the router or repositioning so that the roaster has line of sight to the router.
Can't connect to the network
- Double-check the password for typos, capitalization, or special characters.
- Too many connected devices: Some routers limit the number of concurrent connections.
