When the roast ends, either becase it reached the end condition or because it was ended manually, the beans will drop into the cooling tray. Allow the beans to cool for at least 3 minutes before attempting to remove them from the cooling tray.

When the beans are cool, position a bucket or bag underneath the cooling tray exit chute to collect the roasted beans. Tap on 'Empty cooler' on the bottom to open the cooling tray door and discharge the beans.

When you are finished roasting, tap on the power icon to begin the roaster cooldown process. Once the drum temperature reaches 50°C, the option to shut down the machine will appear.
